Deposit
A 20% deposit on the total package price is required to confirm a reservation. If air is included in the package, payment in full for the air portion is also due at the time of booking.
Balance Due
The balance of the package price is due 45 days prior to the date of arrival. Unless otherwise notified, Golf PEI will automatically charge the credit card given on the day of final payment. Payments made within 45 days prior to arrival must be made by credit card. Late payments or bookings made within 14 days of arrival may be assessed a $25 express charge to ensure overnight document delivery.

All prices quoted are per person in Canadian Dollars unless otherwise stated.

Golf PEI accepts Visa, MasterCard and Cheques. Please make cheques payable to “Golf PEI Inc”.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations will be assessed a cancellation fee plus any cancellation penalties imposed by the hotel, golf courses, car rental company, and any other component of the golf package. All air arrangements purchased are 100% non refundable and non-transferable.
Cancellation Fees for Golf Packages
- 60 + days prior to arrival.......$25 per person
- 59 – 15 days prior to arrival...$50 per person + non-refundable fees
- 14 day to date of arrival........100% of total price
Change Policy
Changes to a booking after the deposit has been given is subject to a $5 fee per itinerary change up to $25.
Rain Refund Policy
In the case of bad weather, call the golf course and inquire if they are open. Golf PEI will only issue refunds if the course is closed on your scheduled day of play. For a refund please send back your voucher with “rained out” written on it along with the name of the person you spoke with at the course and the rainout number the course gave you. Then mail it back to us for the refund.
Unused Tour Services
A refund will not be issued for any unused tour services, including unused accommodation and/or car rental. All air tickets are non-refundable, valid only for the flight and/or dates purchased and cannot be exchanged or transferred.
Flight Times
Flight times and carriers are subject to change without prior notice. We recommend that you contact your airline within 12 hours of departure to confirm your departure time.
Damage to Property
You are fully responsible for any damage incurred to the accommodation during your stay. In no event will the Golf PEI Reservation Centre be liable for any damages, including without limitation, any type of damage to the accommodation.
Tour Operator’s Responsibility
The Golf PEI Reservation Centre, as a tour operator, makes arrangements with airlines, hotels and other accommodations, car rental dealers, golf courses, and other independent suppliers to provide you with the services you purchase. Although we take care in selecting our suppliers, Golf PEI is not an AGENT for these suppliers and therefore not responsible for their acts or omissions.
